Terms of Use
Effective date: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of ServantLeadersBook.com and its related pages, forms, events, webinars and content (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Dixon Capital Partners, Inc., an Illinois corporation doing business as Kingsworth (“Kingsworth,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who may use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, submit a form, register for an event or join the book club. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
2. Our content
The Site’s text, graphics, logos, videos, podcast episodes, the Servant Leaders in Direct Selling book and workbook materials, and other content are owned by Kingsworth or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use, with attribution and a link back to the Site. You may not copy, republish, sell, train AI models on, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
3. Educational purposes only; no income claims
Content on the Site, in the book and workbook, on the podcast, and at our events is for general education and inspiration about leadership in direct selling. It is not legal, tax, financial or business advice. Guests and speakers share their own experiences and views, which are not guarantees and do not necessarily reflect ours. We make no representation that you will earn any income. Results in direct selling vary widely and depend on your effort, skills, company and market, and many participants earn little or nothing. Consult qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions.
4. Book purchases and outside links
Links to buy the book may take you to Amazon or other retailers. Those purchases are governed by the retailer’s terms, not ours. The Site also links to YouTube and other third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
5. Events and webinars
Paid event tickets, including the Servant Leaders MasterMind, are sold through Ticket Tailor, which processes your payment under its own terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Refunds: [Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee or applied as a credit to a future event.]
- Changes: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund. We may change speakers, agenda or venue details as needed. We are not responsible for travel or hotel costs.
- Conduct: We may remove anyone who is disruptive, harassing or unsafe, without refund.
- Recording: Portions of events may be recorded for the Servant Leaders Podcast. You will be recorded only if you agree to participate in a recorded segment, and participants grant Kingsworth a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their name, image, voice and remarks in podcast episodes and related promotion. General event photos may be taken in common areas.
- Free webinars may be changed, rescheduled or discontinued at any time.
6. Emails and the book club
When you submit a form (for example, to get the workbook, join the book club or be notified about events), you agree to receive related emails from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; submit false information or someone else’s information; send spam or malicious code; attempt to access non-public parts of the Site; scrape or harvest content or emails; or interfere with the Site’s operation.
8. Your submissions
If you send us comments, questions, testimonials or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to operate and promote Servant Leaders. We will ask your permission before publishing a testimonial with your name.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingsworth and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site, content or events. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Kingsworth harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Winnebago County], Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
